Your messages will be answered within two hours via WhatsApp, Twitter and Facebook Messenger. To report a loss or damage via WhatsApp, you can reach us from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you report your loss or damage via WhatsApp, we will contact you as soon as possible. Outside of these hours, we will contact you on the next working day.​​​​​
